Food-grade stainless steel freezing trays are precisely manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel. They are specially designed for seafood processing plants, quick-freezing cold storages and plate freezers.
With excellent thermal conductivity, the trays accelerate the fast freezing of fish, shrimp, seafood and meat, improving freezing efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
The tray body is thickened and stamped, featuring high strength and deformation resistance. They can be stacked to save cold room space. The smooth, burr-free surface is corrosion-resistant and rust-proof, easy to clean and sanitize, complying with food processing hygiene standards.
Custom sizes are available; length, width and depth can be processed according to your equipment drawings. Aluminum freezing trays are also supplied as an alternative to meet different quick-freezing process requirements. Widely applied in the quick-freezing processing of sea fish, shrimp, squid, shellfish and meat products.
