Hailan Refrigeration’s Custom Condenser Coils Complete Batch Production to Support Efficient and Stable Operation of Industrial Cooling Systems

Recently, a batch of customized condenser coils manufactured by Yantai Hailan Refrigeration Technology has successfully finished production, assembly and quality inspection, and is ready for delivery to overseas customers. These coils will be equipped for evaporative condenser projects, serving industrial refrigeration scenarios including chemical plants, food processing facilities and large cold storage warehouses.
The delivered condenser coils adopt hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel heat exchange tubes with a robust overall frame. The layout of tube bundles is optimized by fluid simulation to provide sufficient heat exchange area and high heat transfer efficiency. The coils are fabricated with stringent welding procedures and pass pressure leakage tests before shipment. Featuring excellent corrosion resistance, they can operate steadily for long periods under high-humidity and dusty outdoor conditions, greatly reducing subsequent equipment maintenance frequency.
As the core heat exchange component of evaporative condensers, condenser coils directly determine the heat dissipation capacity and service life of the entire cooling unit.
